Dell 24u Server Rack Keys

Question

I just got a Dell 24u server rack from a friend but he lost the locking keys. So I can not lock or take off the side panels. I called dell and since I can not find the correct bar code sticker b/c it was removed they cant seem to help even though I have a serial number for the unit. Can anyone help? THanks

I just sent an E-mail to them. Thanks for the info. If that does not work does anyone else have any ideas? Can they be ordered from dell if I had the service Tag? Thanks

You may still open and put back side-panels, if you just push-down sliders. At least I have this 'experience' in same situation - keys has been lost.
