Dell IDRac Error Help?

Dell PE R720 Win 2008r2 No dell warranty active

Power outage took system down abruptly restarted came up with this error:

Warning ! Idrac initialization error. Continuing to boot may yield unexpected power loss due to unknown Power inventory and various features lost such as Remote access, active Power management, Thermal Management, Inventory, LCD, or System Error Reporting

I chose F1 to continue it booted up but the fan and everything is loud

How do I fix this ??

Is the motherboard bad?

Would a power outage cause this all of a sudden?

The system is running right now but very loud how long can I run it like this?

Thank you Trish I did the power flush but I did not wait 2 mins to power back on I unplug everything help power button in for 30 seconds , pulled power supply during this time as well pushed power supply back in and held the button down again for 30 seconds then reconnected power cables and rebooted this time I will wait 2 mins after plugging power cables in.

Also Trish there is a hdd that is flashing amber and says predictive failure this was happening before this power shot happened should I try to change that first then try the IDrac troubleshooting steps?

I have a new drive the system is Raid 5 Iam doing a full backup now can I pop the drive in let it rebuild while doing the backup? How long can I run this server with the loud fans and drac issue?

If I have to change the Motherboard do you have instructions on how to do it so I get the service tag and IDrac loaded back?

Thank you again
