Dell R230 ODD power cable
I have a Dell R230 with H730 PERC and 4 bay backplane already installed, no optical drive currently.
Im looking to add one but there is no power cable installed for it. the regular sata port is on the board, its blue and labeled ODD
there is a 6 pin white plug on psu side of board labeled HDD/ODD PWR currently not in use. what cable do i need to get power to my optical drive bay? is this part number right or no?: PN: N9P7R its 4 Sata bays cables but i didnt know if it also provided power to the ODD.

I believe your system have 4 hot pluggable hard drive connected to backplane. If yes you need to use part# YY94X as data cable to ODD and part# TWV59 as power cable for ODD. You can also refer below link for location of Power(20) and data (8) connector for ODD
