Dju60,

Start with powering down the server, remove the power cables, then hold the power button for 20 seconds. After that then reinstall the power cables, but wait at least 2 minutes to power the system on, which allows the iDrac to initialize. After that then I would seriously consider walking the BIOS and iDrac up to current together, as the BIOS alone is 16 updates back. Now that being said, you can ZNOT just run the latest update for both, as that can permently damage the board. You need to walk them up together gradually, so BIOS then iDrac, then BIOS, iDrac, etc.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello,
the operation failed, IDRAC still blocked.
I could not update bios via dup (BIOS updates via Dell Update Packages are not supported on this system) and I do not have access to the idrac to update.
I would like to have a quote to replace the motherboard with a DELL technician, is it possible?
thank you in advance

For France you would need to use the site here for parts ( https://dell.to/2Slrous ), the motherboard part number for your tag looks to be CNH07.

Hello,

There is no more motherboard available, what is the solution?

Can we at least deactivate the F1 validation in order to start the server without manual intervention?

Can iDRAC Recovery Procedure with firmimg.d7 via tftp or SD card work?

thank you in advance for your return

Then likely the motherboard would have to be acquired through a 3rd party vendor. Now with the F1/F2 prompt you can disable it in the BIOS under Miscellaneous Settings.
