Hello

You can review memory guidelines and population rules in the system manual on our support site. If you have questions or are having issues with population then I suggest providing more information that would allow someone to help. When asking for help with memory population it is best to provide this information:

  • Full specifications of all memory or part/model number to allow someone to look it up
  • Model number and number of CPU/memory controllers in the system
  • Number of memory modules. If mixing, number of each type

That is the minimum information required for someone to assist with memory population. Other information, like if this is a new install or adding memory to an existing population, would also be helpful.
