Hello

It will depend on which KVM you are using. CMN:1025 is not a naming convention we use, so I'm not sure which KVM you have. When I search online it shows as a 4322DS.

If you have a 4322DS then you can connect through a terminal session to restore the unit to factory defaults. If a terminal password has been enabled then there is not a way to recover that password. Some firmware revisions have a lost password option in the OSCAR interface. If the firmware you are using has that option then it may be possible to recover the password. You will need to either be in warranty or pay for fee-based support, if it is available.

You can find more information in the manual on the KVM support page. The support page can be found under Servers>Data Center Infrastructure.
