PowerEdge R720 - iDrac problems

Hi,

My R720 Server has a faulty iDrac error, so that I can't boot it anymore.

I tried removing power and cables, press Start 10 seconds, reconnect and try restart (same error again).

Tried NSRAM reset, does the same.

It seems that I need to change the MotherBoard.

But there are lots of different referencies.

Do I need to use exactly the same ref or not ?

Server SN : FK1T842 (no more support)

My ref :  PTWDY Rev A03

CN-0JP31P-77921-4CO-00J5-A14

DP/N : DJP31P

 Thank you for your help.

<Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

Noticed as a R720xd (with 16 drives in my case)

By the way, how to keep my RAID configuration in place after changing MB ?

Thanks.

Hello, I'd like to know if you have been using Enterprise license. That's because there are only certain motherboards that can hold Enterprise license, not all of them. Can you DM/PM me with your service tag so that I can have a look? Also you will get to keep your RAID configuration on the new MB as well.

Respectfully,
