Can you check for any error messages in iDRAC Life Cycle Log? Do you have latest iDRAC and BIOS FW installed on the server? If not can you update latest FW and check?

I've seen a failed DIMM do this before. You can run a hardware diagnostics in the bios. If that does not help find the failed DIMM you could try to run it on minimal DIMMs. (A1 & B1 )
