Poweredge Remote Console Switch Software Download?

if i remeber correctly, you dont need software for a KVM switch.

It's OK I think the video port is faulty!

But there is software for this particular item as there are no selector buttons on the front!

correct there are no selction buttons on the front.

hit the print screen button on the keyboard connected to the switch

that will bring up the user panel and config.

 

you should try and download the documentation.

 

Thanks but all I can find is the firmware updates.

He is right...there is a remote software that is included so you don't have to physically go to your server room.  It's called "DELL Remote Console"...and I'm looking for it too.
