I don't know what all of this means, but this is the part information I have listed on the screw. I hope it is what you are looking for.
SCR,M3X.5X5MM,HEX,PHH,TF,ZPS
Our part number for the screw is 94682. I'm not sure if it can be purchased. If you want to inquire about purchasing the screw then contact spare parts sales. Normal sales agents don't typically have access to sell spare parts.
