r710 boot only recognizes the boot flag in the first drive

I am trying to create a dual boot system. I have 6 SAS drives installed.  I have the OS installed on the first and second drives. The partition tables are correct and the the boot flags set on both drives. During boot I select F11 and enter the boot segment. The hard drive option is only showing the first drive. It is not recognizing the second drive, even with the boot flag set.

During boot when drives are identified the bios shows the drives, however it is not reporting the disk size on the new, replacement disk. This is before any OS is loaded. It is strictly in the bios. It is somehow reporting the disk as being different. Is there some kind of low level format that could be missing? I did not have to do anything at that level while installing the OS.

I combined 2 issues. Please ignore the 2nd paragraph on this post. I do not see a way to edit the post.

Hello, I'm suspecting the second disk may not be MBR. (master boot record). And this question is best addressed by the OS provider, I believe.
