Seeking drivers for 23PKM

I have a 23PKM hooked to a KVM to a Windows 2003 server. I have tried using "Generic Monitor" and "Plug and Play Monitor" as monitor types and at 1024x768 70Hz the display is garbeled. If I start up in 640x480x60Hz it comes up fine. I would like to load the correct drivers for the monitor so I only have choices of resolution and scan rates it supports. Any suggestions?
