Server 2012 R2 on R640

We just purchased 2 new R640 servers. Our corporate office has us purchase the servers without an OS and use a volume license and KMS. Installing the OS is proving to be a pain. Installing the OS from a volume license DVD did not work because media drivers were missing (we tried the PERC drivers to no avail.) We finally used a retail DVD to get the OS installed and will update with volume license once it is up an running. Now we are having problems with the network cards and driver for them. It has a Broadcom NetXtreme MBC5720 & a BMC57412 card. The NIC's don't even show up in device manager. We have installed the drivers and updated the chipset. Does anyone know what drivers need to be installed for the NIC's to be recognized by the OS? Thanks.

Hello

They are listed on the R640 support page. If you select 2012R2 as the operating system, networking category, and then search by Broadcom it will pull up relevant results.

It looks like a hardware issue on the brand new server. The NIC's do not show up in the BIOS even. We will be making a call to Dell. Thanks.
