Server Update Utility (SUU) .498 stay´s empty
Dear Community,
this is my 1st Post here...
(I try to keep it short with main FACTS):
I was happy as i see the new SUU was released. But now i have some Server with no results.
Till the SUU-WIN64_22.03.200.498 iso we used the 21.12.200.488.ISO and this works (see the Screenshots).
I testetet it on SRV 2022 and SRV 2019 on PowerEdge R330 and PowerEdge R340.
Has anyone some Tipps for me?

Hello Mr.Zoehrer,
I'm sorry to see the compliance report is empty and cannot update.
Have you successfully run the new version on a different server model than the ones listed?
I don't know if it is an issue with the GUI or the SUU over all.
Try the command line to see if you can just get a compliance report.
Start SUU in CLI mode page 9
suu --compliance

nope (Tested on WinSRV2022):
SUU_STATUS.json:
{"SystemUpdateStatus":[{"System":{"id":"NA","idType":"NONE","hostAddress":"LocalHost"},"InvokerInfo":{"name":"DSU","version":"1.9.3.0","command":"--compliance","exitStatus":1,"statusMessage":"Signature verification for inventory collector failed"}}]}

Hello Mr.Zoehrer,
I'm wondering if the SUU was a good download.
Can you try using the LifeCycle Controller Firmware update using SUU and check the results?

@Dell -Charles R i'm encountering same symptoms using SUU ISOs created from Dell Repository Manager. The suulauncher GUI does not work and just comes up empty as in OP's screenshots, however, SUU command line tool works. i'm able to update using "suu /u /d" and also successfully pull up compliance reports with suu --compliance
