Stuck on Initializing Firmware Interfaces

I'm stuck at the Initializing Firmware Interfaces window. After I installed the Highpoint ssd7202 card.

It may be due to an issue with compatibility. Would you confirm the part number of the casd, as well as if the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, and perc controller?

Did you get the issue resolved? I have a dp4400 doing same but I have not changed anything
