vga remote for Dell R440

Hello, 

I have to carry VGA output on Dell R440 Rack server to remote monitor. I failed long 15 meters VGA cable with noise.

I tried to VGA to HDMİ active converter but nothing displayed on monitor . It gave me timing error I guess  It is EDID issues.

now I need recommendtions for solutions or Dell R440 compatible VGA to HDMI converters etc
