Copy VM high CPU usage !!!
We have a small-to-modest deployment of RecoverPoint. Recently upgraded to ver 6. 2 vRPA clusters on both the prod and DR side. Nothing special.
I don't normally pay too much attention to the copy VM's side - as production servers get replaced with newer ones, or decommissioned, sometimes the decommission procedure is not followed, so occasionally I have to manually delete the copy VM's to keep things "tidy", but that's pretty much all the regular maintenance that is performed. In other words, I (to my shame) don't look at it very much.
Today, I saw something I haven't seen before. One of the copy VM's was reported by its vCenter as having high CPU usage. All the other copy VM's are at 0 MHz CPU usage. As I mentioned earlier, I don't pay too much attention to the copy VM's, so this might be normal behavior, but I thought I would ask here. Is this normal?

Hello CrashCart,
Here is a link to a KB that maybe of assistance. The high CPU usage is an issue that we have seen been happening on some customers systems. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000442120?lang=en

Thanks very much. That worked.
(Turn it off, and let RecoverPoint automatically turn it on again)
