Distributing CG across two RPA's.
Good Morning,
I have decided to stretch the load of a single CG across both my RPA's to increase bandwidth utilization (we have a 10GbE connection to our secondary local DC). I went into the Advanced settings under the Policy on the targeted CG, and Selected "Distribute group (enable group writes to be distributed across multiple PRA's)", then selected the Secondary RPA's.
Once I did this, I received the error "Group (consistency group name here) running on mismatched RPA's". Something else to note. I notice when I enabled the distributed CG across both RPA's, that this CG was automatically put into image access mode.

I saw this exact same behavior today with 3.5.1p1. It actually requires you to disable the CG first, make the change, and then re-enable. A full sweep is required anyway when going from non to DCG.

Thanks. It looks like the one big piece I was missing was zoning the RP's together. Once I did that, I was then able to distribute the CG. Thanks for the Input!
