austart cluster , manager ip unable to ping success span different VLAN

hi, expert,

    can anyone help me ?

   when i create the virtaul ip (manager ip )  from autostart,

   but the customer tell me , the virtaul ip unable ping success span different VLAN,

   if the same VLAN with virtual ip , it is able to ping success.

   why is it ,

   the question is  network of customer  or autostart need to configure again for virtaul ip
