I'm having some trouble with DX media at the moment.

I have noticed that the media have a tendency to go off-line. The last time this happened, I was able to "Clear Error Status" and get them back on-line.

However, both media went off-line some time over the weekend and I have no option to clear errors. Users have no access to the archived data.

It's being migrated from a cluster and I've taken the cluster resource offline and back online but t hasn't corrected the problem.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to try to get the media back online?
