The message usually indicates that the heartbeat message was delayed as the ftProcMon process expects to receive consistent heartbeat messages to know the AutoStart nodes are still running. In your example, it indicates that the heartbeat message was delayed by 903 seconds. AutoStart should be able to resume heartbeat communication during an occasional network spike (delay) and it should not affect AutoStart functionality.
If the messages occur at a consistent time, it could indicate some maintenance on the network that is affecting network communication. In this instance, it would be a good idea to investigate the maintenance to see if it can be fine tuned to not affect AutoStart and other communication.
If you consistency see these messages in the AutoStart Domain log, then it could indicate that there may be trouble with communication over the network.
