Issues with joining a new Windows Domain

Hey Gang,
I have 2 sites the do not replicate with each other.

Site #1 has 2 nodes running in soon to be decommisioned Windows 2003 domain and I need to join the new Windows 2003 domain.

Site #2 has 2 nodes running in a workgroup that need to join the new domain. Both are application servers using AutoStart 5.2 running MS SQL 2000.

What are my options and what experiance have you had in joining domains.

Hello - basically as far as Autostart is concerned, there should be no intervention required as long as each node short name and IP address stays the same - as it probably would. Autostrart only cares about the proper resolving in between nodes, so stopping the Autostart services, joining the nodes to a new domain, and restarting the services should be all there is to it. I'd check the list of users in Autostart if they are configured with fqdn's maybe but that should be all.
Of course, MSSQL itself may need more work, but I am not an expert in that area...
