I'm assuming you ask about the Lotus databases? For the replication itself, not really, Replistor is agnostic about what kind of data is being replicated. Do you just want to replicate the databases to an offiste system , or do you want to have an ability to do the complete failover of the Domino server?
Yes, it is possible to replicate Lotus database files. Once the specifications are in sync, all the updates are incremental. As for the AD servers, they have their own replication engine, you should not and probably can't use Replistor for that.
