New Storage CX3-80 doesn't work within Replication Manager
Actually there are 3 CX500 where SQL DBs are stored, they are locally cloned.
All SQl DBs will be consolidated on one CX3-80. The clones remains on the CX500 in other words we will use SCI for backing up the sql dbs from the CX3-80 to the CX500.
For testing purposes i start to setup a small database on the CX3-80 and configured a sancopy testjob, where I get the following error message(from the GUI):
2008 06 19 12:29:22 CL11764 000033 ERROR: Function dcClarInternalUpdateDevinfo failed.
2008 06 19 12:29:22 CL11764 dcClarDeviceAttributes: Success.
2008 06 19 12:29:22 CL11764 026150 ERROR: Function dcClarDeviceAttributes failed.
2008 06 19 12:29:22 CL11764 026084 ERROR: Storage Services operation processGetStorageDetails failed with an error as follows: Storage Services has terminated with an error.
2008 06 19 12:29:22 CL11764 026084 ERROR: Storage Services operation processGetStorageDetails failed with an error as follows: Storage Services has terminated with an error.
I've created the san copy connections and the appropriate storage group therefore.
Any idea what's going on?

Fix
Interim Fix:
RM Engineering has provided a hot fixes for Replication Manager 5.1.0, Replication Manager 5.0.0 Service Pack 1, Replication Manager 4.0.0 Patch 4, and Replication Manager/SE 3.1.0 Patch 4. To obtain this hot fix, contact the EMC Customer Support Center or your EMC Customer Service representative for technical assistance. Please quote the solution ID.
Permanent Fix:
This issue is addressed in Replication Manager 4.0.0 Patch 6, 5.0.0 Service Pack 2, and Replication Manger/SE 3.1.0 Patch 5.
.
So I have installed RM 5.1 SP1 and after that the replication works fine.
