Not able to access RPA GUI

Hi ,

I have RP with version 5.0. I am trying to access RP device from one server, where i am able to connect to RPA device through putty.

I am able to ping to devices with no issue, but when i am trying to get GUI , i am not getting connectivity to device.

CAn you please suggest on this.

Are you using the https://xx.xx.xx.xx (where xx.xx.xx.xx can be the Cluster IP address, one of the RPA Management IP addresses (LAN) or one of the RPA WAN IP addresses)?

Fpr https you will need to ensure port 443 is open between your PC via the web browser and the RPAs.

Thanks for your reply ,

Yes we are using LAN IP address to access. It was accessible earlier  but now its not able to access.

HTTPS://LAN cluster IP

Try the Cluster IP address which will reside on either RPA1 or 2 in any cluster in the RP system.
