OracleOraHome92Agent Windows Service hangs on failover

I have two Oracle 9i database servers with Legato/Autostart 5.2 SP3 running perfect. We where simulating some tested failures by pulling the network cables from the first Node to verify it would fail over to Node 2 properly. It in fact failed over successfully, but on Node 1 the OracleOraHome92Agent.exe service remained in a "Stopping" mode until I rebooted the server. If I relocated back and forth manually through the Legato console the service starts and stops just fine. The failover did exactly what it was supposed to, but the customer wants answers as to why the service only hangs during a simulated/failure of the primary Node. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
