Question regarding Remote RM replication and Exchange 2007 RSG

I'm in a little quandry here testing the replication of an Exchange Storage Group/DB using Replication Manager. I've got the replication job all set up and it shipped the database over from my production Exchange 2007 server at our main site (MAILSRV2) to our DR site and mounted the LUNs to the File system on the C drive of the DR Server (MAILSRV6). I want to do a test restore of the data from a single mailbox in the database/info store, but I'm unsure of some parameters when setting up the Recovery Storage Group (using the powershell cmdlet below):

new-storagegroup -server -logfolderpath " " -name " -SystemFolderPath " " -recovery

Now, from the EMC Exchange 2007/RM guide, they suggest the Exchange server name in the command should be my production server (MAILSRV2) and the RecoverySGName can be whatever I want it to be, but what should the Log and System File Paths be? Should I point them at the Mounted LUNs on my DR box? Is it correct I should have the ExchangeServerHostName be my production box? I've started a support case as well, and I'll share the info if I get my question answered from them first...
