Replication Manager - Job Failure

Hi All,

Good Day.

We have Replication manager in place to take the backup of Exchange. And there are 2 jobs which are failing with the below error.

2017 08 30 00:12:26 XXXXXXXX 024036 ERROR:Terminating this job because there is a -1022 error in the eventlog (Event ID 414). E:\XXLogs\EXCHSXXXRVR\MBData may be corrupt. Repair or restore the file before restarting this job. Check the event in the application event log on XXXXXXXX-C for more information

Could you please help me the cause and fix for this issue.
