Replistor 61450b - specs disabled upon Replistor service restart

Hello all

We are experiencing an interesting issue with the latest version of Replistor:

Environment: Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003 Standard / AD 2003

If the Replistor service on the Exchange server is restarted whilst the alias is active on the machine this will result in the specifications being disabled and the alias deactivated. This did not occur with the previous versions 6.0x

Is someone else having the same issue? WE logged a call with EMC but they replied that this should not happen and that they cannot replicate this behavior.
