Replistor Exchange 6.2sp3 Installation

Hi There.
I am installing Replistor on Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003 sp1
I have followed the processes in the documentation up to completing exchange install on the target and renaming it back to its original name.

I have installed dotnet and Replstor 6.2sp3 on both machines (this was not mentioned in the documentation, but nothing will happen without it)

When I attempt to install ReplistorExchange2.1.1, it comes back with an error ;
"Error 25212.Could not access remote registry key:Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Setup"

Any ideas?
I have tried on completely rebuilt Servers three times, with different users including domain admin(s) and Enterprise admins etc etc.. always the same message

This may be an issue with the module itself (2.1.1), not with your installation.

Do this,
- Ensure Exchange is stopped on the Source and Target.
- Try temporarily installing the module from the Target machine.
- Activate the Alias on the Target.
- Keep the Spec DISABLED.
- Perform a Manual Fail to the original Exchange box (Source).
- When the Alias object is on the Source, perform a 'Set Source' command on the Alias and click Yes to move ownership of the Alias to the original Source.

OR

Install using an older version of the module, such as 2.1.0.
