Synchronize failed

Hello people,

I got this replistor error on my server:

ComputerName=REPLISTOR1 User=Not specified Logfile=Application Type=Warning SourceName=RepliStor
Server Category=2 CategoryString=Server EventCode=449 EventID=-2147483199 Message=Synchronize failed (D:\ClearCase_Storage\
-> replistor2.labcas.local). Windows-text: 3 - The system cannot find the path specified.

windows-text messages is a windows error not replistor error ?

Thanks

Hi, Anderson.

I think that it is a RepliStor error. If you do not use EMC Knowledge Base in CustomerNet yet, you should see Support Note 55097.
I wish Support Note 55097 resolve your issue.

Thank you.

Hi Kid,

first, thanks for reply, I saw Support Note 55097 but my error is a little bit different, my specification is not new, its running a few weeks and my error is not 'Error opening application file to be copied like support note, my error is Synchronize failed. I think windows-text messages is a OS problem.

Hi, Anderson.

I am sorry, I could not help you.

So, I heard that almost issues on RepliStor are caused by network troubles.
Your issue may have to confirm your network. I wish you good luck.

Thank you.

Does the synchronization finish in spite of this message? If so this is a normal warning message and it pops up when you start the synchronization and you delete or rename the file/dir on the source system after Replistor generated the list of files that are going to be synchronized. This is not a problem as the changes will be applied after the synchronization is finished and mirroring kicks in.

Synchronization finish ok and mirror is working fine, and searching in a knowledge base I think this is a OS warning made by a rename or delete file/dir on the source like you told.

Thank you guys
