The domain name I connect to is "envplus", but I named the domain name as "ENvPlus", which leads to there is none in the class field of the Sensor Information on the trigger.
Since I know the domain name, but I'm not sure of the exact case sensitive name. So is there any way that I can connect to the domain correctly?Or if there is a way to see the domain info in AutoStart Console.
so if I connect using not the exact name, the sensor-based trigger may encounter some problem. Is this an known issue or is it an forbidden operation?
Domain names are case sensitive. To find the exact case used during the installation, you can use Yoshinobu's method of looking at the installation folder.
Here is an excerpt from the EMC AutoStart Administrator's guide: --------------------------------------------------- You give an AutoStart domain its name at the time you install AutoStart on the first node in the domain. Observe the following guidelines when naming an AutoStart domain:
◆ Do not include hyphens (-) in a domain name. ◆ Domain names are case-sensitive. For example, Plant_57 and plant_57 are two separate AutoStart domains. EMC recommends that you use all lowercase characters in domain names, for consistency and simplicity. ◆ Once you create an AutoStart domain, you cannot change its name. ---------------------------------------------------

hi, Yoshinobu Ito,
I want to ask you one question on this problem.
