Upgrade 6.2SP4 to 6.3SP1

Question

Hi Just wondering if anyone else has done this and how it went. Are there any 'gotcha's!' or does it go smoothly. Are there any hints or tips anyone can give (ie. upgrade target or source first?) or any documents that I can read? Thanks
