Apps in XP (MS Office and MediaPlayer) can't access WWW (Online help,
hyperlink, etc) BUT IE WORKS FINE?!?!?!
When using Dell's installation of MS OFFICE and MediaPlayer, these apps
cannot access the internet, but IExplorer works fine. Since it is not only in
Office, but also mediaplayer, I suspect XP, but a complete reinstall kills all
of the Dell installed stuff, etc,...blah blah
