If an ME4084 is purchased with 28 drives (i.e. 1 full row in each drawer), are the empty drive bays in the two drawers populated with empty drive carriers or blanks? The documentation indicates that the DDICs are shipped separately so it doesn't sound like it, but I wanted to check. Thanks.
