I identify 1 disk with FAIL_WRITE_BUFFER Error
5_0_0 FAIL (6) FAIL_WRITE_BUFFER (3) PD66
remove it and run upgrade again now I get same Error on another disk
2_0_0 FAIL (6) FAIL_WRITE_BUFFER (3) PD66
Also I have "FAIL (6) FAIL_CREATE_LOG (7) " on other disks of this type.
is there anything I can do about that?

could I have this additional command so I can fix it myself? I know it may be not standard procedure but the device is in a restricted building.

If you call phone support, have it escalated they may allow you to sign an NDA to allow for it if yuo are part of the partner program.
