disk firmware upgrade problem

Unity XT 680 

OE version: 5.2.2.0.5.004

try to apply Disk Firmware: UNITY-Drive-Firmware-V20-2022-06-13

I got "Error code: odfu_failed" in upgrade drive firmware wizard.

in adminobjs.txt file of service data I have this error for about 77 same disk.

vendor ID: TOSHIBA
product ID: P6V1T60D EMC1600
product rev: PD66
TLA number: 005054012

ODFU status: 6
ODFU fail code: 7
ODFU prior firmware rev: PD66

    I identify 1 disk with FAIL_WRITE_BUFFER  Error

    5_0_0 FAIL (6) FAIL_WRITE_BUFFER (3) PD66

    remove it and run upgrade again now I get same Error on another disk

    2_0_0 FAIL (6) FAIL_WRITE_BUFFER (3) PD66

    Also I have "FAIL (6) FAIL_CREATE_LOG (7) " on other disks of this type.

    is there anything I can do about that?

    could I have this additional command so I can fix it myself? I know it may be not standard procedure but the device is in a restricted building.

    If you call phone support, have it escalated they may allow you to sign an NDA to allow for it if yuo are part of the partner program.
