can i open a test incident from a Dell switch?

It doesn’t look like Dell switches can open a “test incident” directly through the CLI, but the support integration usually kicks in automatically when hardware faults are detected. I generally rely on the switch’s ability to phone home through SupportAssist instead of trying to trigger something manually. If you need validation, opening a ticket from the support portal is still the most reliable option.
