Can't connect to an endpoint on Secure Connect Gateway
Hi, i installed my SCG a few monts ago and i just checked that is not longer connected, as i was doing my research i found that one endpoint on the Global access servers is not connecting trough port 443. I'm not really sure if it is a firewall issue since i am able to access to all the other IPs trough the same port. What could it be? The endpoint that is not connecting is esr3gckprd11.emc.com 152.62.177.31

Thank you for alerting us about that endpoint not responding.
I have reported it to the Systems Management team and they will check into it.

hey there! can you check now? I noticed that the connectivity to that server from my end is fine as of now. If it works fine, its probably something to do with that server. Else, its worth investigating I guess..
