Hello frank17511,

Are you using SCG Virtual or Application version?

What switch are you adding and is it on the Support Matrix?

Support Matrix Switches page 42-48

Also check that the ports are open.

Also try reseating your connections:

Error: SAE-020400

We could not complete this operation because of a connection issue. Check your network connection, then try again.

Frank17511,

I would definitely suggest you start with updating and then let us know if that and the ports resolve the issue.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer, I'm using the Secure Connect Gateway version

frank17511_0-1686843504168.png

The switch that i trying to add is  N3024EP-ON, but seeing in the web page, the version suppoerted is 6.6 and in my switch I have only version 6.5.2.35, Should I update it and try again?.. and I will check the ports (# 22)

Thank you
