SCG is not getting login

I'll recommend some steps. if they won't work for you, then you need to contact your local support team for further analysis. 

  • Network Connectivity: Check if there have been any changes in the network that could make SCG unreachable.
  • Disk Space: Although this error is usually not related to disk space, it’s still worth checking if your disk is not full
  • LDAP Settings: If you’re using LDAP, ensure the settings are correctly configured and saved
  • Reboot the local system
  • Use a different web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge
