TechDirect SupportAssist manage Assets issue

We had configured SupportAssist package and deployed it to one of our purchased Dell Notebooks for testing and tested connectivity to Dell and was successfully connected but Asset doesn't show on our TechDirect portal also When I go to SupportAssist and manage my assets I can’t find “Manage Sites & Devices” so I can't add more Assets .How can I manage to add more assets and make sure it's connected to my TechDirect portal to monitor my assets and get alerts.

Hi A.Kassem,

could you please let me know, maybe by sending one or more screenshots, what exactly is shown on your end of TechDirect.
Is there any kind of error message displayed?

Im having similar issue. When I install support assist for business the install is successful but most computers never show up in the asset list.  Was this issue ever resolved?
