Your IT administrator has restricted your use of this software - This error is received when launching Support assist

Your IT administrator has restricted your use of this software - This error is received when launching Support assist for Business. image003.png TS done: Deleted and reinstalled, using link from support site. 

IT is logged on with local admin account. 

Has attempted to deploy via tech direct but gets the same error after. Screenshot of deployment via  techdirect.

Unable to install vanilla  image. Any suggestions?

I would recommend you to get in touch with Dell Technical Support team so this issue can be debug from our side.

We are also having this issue. Did you ever figure it out? This is the latest version...

I built a new deployment package with SupportAssist for Business PCs v3.3 with the above settings and got the same issue as OP.

I'm hoping that after the machine is inventoried it clears this up.

Finally, The PC name appeared in the portal, the desktop icon appeared (a preference I chose) and I can now launch SupportAssist without the above message. This must be default functionality until it finishes applying preferences, inventorying, or something weird along those lines.
