This is a error when a Gateway goes missing where SLC can not find the gateway.

Steps to establish Gateway connectivity would be to check customer network connections, this can be established by running the CECT tool and resolve any errors found, a first step since the gateway is missing is to reboot the Gateway Server and check that the services are running.

Once that has been completed re-establish the SSL connection.
