Discovered devices showing Unknown ICMP status

I am running discovery through seed file but after discovery may devices show ICMP status unknown even these are discovered properly and their SNMP status is TRUE.

Can any body guide me why these are showing UNKNOWN and how can I overcome this situation.

If you haven't already, please enable Discovery Debug and rediscover one of the devices in question.

    Dear Bruce,

Thanks, you mentioned right clue and after enabling discover with debug and discovering again with the help of mentioned article we found that there was issue with certification of devices which is now under process of resolution from customer.
