Archive Access after user leaves
So a user leaves the company and the person taking over for them needs access to the emal that they have in their archive - or an assistant or supervisor requires access to another user's archive. Is this possible? These users aren't IT, they aren't admins in any way but the absolutely need access to those emails.

I believe the only ones that would have access would be:
1) SourceOne Admin
2) Someone that had Delegation rights when the email was archived
3) A user with the same SID in Active Directory as the original user
There another possible way around this but would have to be done by the SourceOne Admin
The email would have to search for and copied to another archive folder and the new user give admin rights to that folder.
I don't see that happening on a regular basis but in a most have access scenario, I believe it's possible.

Thanks! I would really like to see this kind of feature built-in for operational and legal purposes. But the info you have given is good information for now.

Using Discovery Manager for eDiscovery gives the Legal Team access to these emails.
