Archive PST of deleted users
I am looking to see how others have handled importing .psts of users who are no longer with the company. I have several psts that I am importing but I need to assign an owner to them. I was thinking about a default IT or HR account, so they can be searched at a later date if need be.

Hello Brentwood_IS,
That is correct, if the original PST owner is no longer with the company, you still need to assign an owner to the archived PST through SourceOne.
If you create a new account, or as you said, "default IT or HR account", then at least those users can search for the emails if needed.
