Although the mailbox isnt disabled emailXtractor is unable to add the proper folder structure. The only thing I can find in the log files is the following

Skipping (Disabled Account Mailbox) name, removed

Does anyone know where to look for this simple/yet frustrating problem. I have inheritred emailXtender and the components that go along with it. I am still engaged in a deep learning curve.
