Yes, but if I paste an argument, I get no result. If I search by date or something else I get results with an argument I tried to find with the subject line. It seems that the subject line is not indicated.
friday we tried to search again and we realized that the problem is just for mails archived before the update. Is there a way to reindex these old archived Mails?
Under the Native Archive > Archive Folders click the indexes tab and select a month(s) and right click on it, then you will be presented with an option to "rebuild Index"
I would do this for 1 month only and then check if this really resolves your issue.
If it does not, then I would contact EMC Support and they can troubleshoot with you further.

Good Afternoon,
Yes you can search by Subject line.
What you will have to do is hit the "Add Criteria" button and select "Subject"
This will add a new search field in the search window.
Let us know if this answers your question.

Ken,
Thank you for the clarification.
Could you provide us with an example of a subject line you are searching for ?
Have you tried to search for a single word in the subject to see if it is coming up ?
For exampled, say the subject line is : Are you going to the movies tonight ?
Try searching for "movies" and see if the email is returned.

Hi,
yes, I tried to search a single word. In my case EDV. When I search for the date I get results with the Subject EDV and WG: EDV and so on.
