Do you select all dates in UDA folders ?
We have created some UDA (User Directed Archive) folders. By definition that means the business person will copy/move email items into the UDA folder because they want/need the item to be processed in a particular manner by the Email Archive system (EX in this case).
When we run the UDA EmailXtract job to "pick up" those items from the UDA folders, should we say "All Dates" or should we say "Older than 90 days" ?
In non-UDA folders we are giving the business person 90 days to make a decision about archive. That is, if they delete it before 90 days it will not be in the archive system. But in UDA it seems to me that they made the decision by moving it into the UDA folder.
Just wanted to see what other companies are doing.
Thanks.

However, based on the information you presented the best answer would be to use all dates. Regardless of the age of the message you've correctly observed the user selected this message for archive.
