EMC Source One Offline File Access Login Box Popping Up
We have recently moved to Source One from EmailXtender. As a test I have installed the Offline Access file and marchived my pst file within my mnailbox. However on the two mailboxes we have tested there is intermittently a login box popping up. After a few click it will go away but it will be an annoyance to users when we roll out. I have ensured that the source one server is in the Local Intranet zone.
Any ideas

Greetings,
In your screenshot "SourceOne" is the host name of SourceOne server ? Offline Access plug-in talks to the port 8001 and 8002 on the SourceOne server to backfill cache and to pull messages on request if it is a local cache miss. Before messages are returned to users there is extra layer of security that needs to meet the criteria. Make sure users have owner permission on the mapped folder you created.
User that has logged on to the machine his/her details are being passed for authentication and later on to validate that user is an owner of the message. If user will change password that user will be asked to type new password. If user do not type the password and click cancel few times SourceOne OA client will stop from trying again and will go offline.
If this issue is reoccurring on multiple machines, please work with EMC support by logging service request to have your environment evaluated to make sure things work as expected.
Thanks,
Rajan
